At John’s Service and Sales, we make sure to comply with the standards of OSHA-10 and 30 and MSHA. Internal safety of most of our field employees at John’s Service and Sales is above the required standards. We have employed a full-time safety coordinator who is responsible for making routine visits to the site to make sure that our technicians are performing their jobs in complete compliance with the safety standards.
In addition to that, by virtue of our collective bargaining agreement with “Plumbers Local 130,” we are part of the “United Association Drug-Free Alliance Program”. Under this program, our employees are randomly tested for yearly compliance. Our EMR rates are considerably below the industry average, which reflects our concentration and focus on the safety of our workers, promoting safe working habits and secure job sites.
