“I have only used John’s Service and Sales for my furnace. What a wonderful bunch of young men. Here we are New Year’s Day. As the clock struck midnight, my company and I discovered my house was getting colder. After everyone left, I figured out my furnace stopped running. I put a call in for a repairman at 8:45 and by 9:30 I had a gentleman on his way. By 10 a.m. we are fixed and running. First off, they were wonderful to come out on a holiday and very courteous about it. This is why I will never allow anyone else to work on my furnace and air conditioner ever. “A friend and I were sitting in my basement playing a video game together around 1 a.m. He goes into my basement bathroom and says he heard a hissing noise coming from where my water comes in. There was a piece of flex pipe coming out of where the main was leaking. We tried to close the main valve and it wouldn’t shut off. It was frozen. Every time we tried, the water started pouring out worse. I was very flustered and worried. My buddy said to try John’s. Scott, a very skilled plumber, came out very quickly and was able to stop the water and make my water still function throughout the house, until we can replace the main water valve. “I made a call on Monday morning to John’s Service and Sales, Inc. for assistance. My central air was not cooling at all. Due to health issues, this was causing me some great anxiety. I called at 11:17 a.m. and they promised they would try and get someone to my home ASAP. At just before 1 p.m., a service tech was here. He quickly diagnosed the issue as dirt, leaves, and debris plugging my exterior unit. He flushed everything out so the unit could “breathe” properly. A quick service and my unit is working perfectly! “Woke up to no hot water. Determined the problem was the gas control valve, called John’s to see if they had the part in stock. I was lucky enough to get Lori Sand. She determined that they did have the part but they were already closed for the weekend. Lori went above and beyond and met me with the part on her way home. “Wow! The crew is halfway through our basement plumbing job and we are already so impressed. First, this was the only plumbing company in the area to return my phone call. They then came out right away to give me a free estimate. Sent me a quote in writing and answered questions via email promptly. Then showed up on time and got straight to work.
